Aquanexxmarine carried out the complete offloading operation for the third batch of DOOSAN container-handling cranes at PSA BMCT Phase-2, Mumbai. The project involved the safe and systematic discharge of 2 Ship-to-Shore (STS) cranes and 6 Rubber-Tyred Gantry (RTG) cranes, executed in close coordination with port authorities and terminal operations teams. The scope included pre-planning, resource deployment, vessel-to-quay movement, equipment alignment, and structured handling throughout the discharge sequence. All activities were completed with strict adherence to safety requirements, operational guidelines, and documentation standards. With disciplined workflow management and continuous technical supervision, the team ensured smooth progress from vessel arrival to final crane positioning. The operation was completed within the allocated schedule and without disruption to ongoing terminal activities.
