Aquanexx Marine, in collaboration with World Crane Services, Dubai, successfully completed the refurbishment of three Ship-to-Shore (STS) crane drives at MICT, India. The project began with a comprehensive assessment of the existing drive components, identifying areas requiring repair, replacement, or optimization. The refurbishment scope included the replacement of worn-out parts, reconditioning of electrical systems, and optimization of control systems to ensure seamless integration with existing crane operations. By restoring and upgrading the drive systems, the project significantly enhanced the cranes’ operational efficiency, reliability, and service life, enabling the terminal to maintain high-performance cargo handling with minimal downtime.
